Alfardan Holdings is a portfolio management company
specializing in stocks and bonds, real estate, and major industrial development projects.
The firm also provides support in the form of personnel and financing to other member
companies within the Alfardan Group. Alfardan Holdings constructed the exquisite Alfardan
Centre. Completed in early 1994, and located on Grand Hamed Street, the Centre provides
office and retail accommodations of 200,000 square feet. Alfardan Centre is also home to
the company owned department store Ocean Alfardan which offers a wide variety of
merchandise including Triumph. It also has two restaurants, one of which, The Penthouse,
is a very exclusive members only club, and numerous shops and chic boutiques such as
Gucci.
