| Within the PaymentNet Reseller Program, Alliance Partners can resell the
PaymentNet Branded Service. PaymentNet will provide a reseller pricing discount to the
partner. The Alliance Partner will be responsible for marketing, selling and supporting
the PaymentNet Branded Service offering to the agreed upon market segment(s). Actual
pricing discounts will be determined based on the customer support and billing model to be
deployed by the Reseller Partner. The following general roles and responsibilities apply
to the Reseller Program.
