Administration Tools Overview

PaymentNet provides complete web-based management tools for secure account administration directly by the merchants/businesses. Merchants have secure access to the following account management tools:

  • Real-Time Reporting: Immediate access to transaction (payment) information using a highly flexible query engine. Reports are available in summary or detail levels, and detailed views can be exported to ASCII text for import into any merchant-owned reporting and tracking tools.
  • Search Utilities: Find specific transactions, or types of transactions, using the same query and sorting tools available with real-time reporting. Transactions are viewable immediately after customer purchasing activity.
  • Virtual Merchant Terminal: Merchants have secure web-based access to manually enter new authorizations and sales, or to issue credits, using any of PaymentNet's processing options.

PaymentNet also provides integration kits to enable easy integration of the PaymentNet client software to a merchant’s web storefront.
