Within the PaymentNet OEM Program, Alliance
Partners can resell the PaymentNet Service under the complete brand of the OEM Partner.
The Alliance Partner will be responsible for marketing, selling and supporting the branded
service offering to the agreed upon market segment(s). The OEM Program consists of the
following components:
- Pricing per transaction (tiered) to OEM - based on Monthly
volume
- Non-recurring engineering fees to OEM - for Branding
activities
- Support Fees
